Short story
Most kids grow up with two legs, two arms, a head, and a torso. Tommy grew up with all of those too. He just didn't know how to use any of them. It wasn't what you would call a disease that prevented his brain from communicating with them, he could move all of them just fine and with decent coordination, he just didn't know what to do with them. For example, Tommy was walking to class one day, but instead of walking on his feet, he crawled on all fours. He never knew the correct and most efficient manner of movement. When he ran track, he would usually do circles of some sort as he was running and was always disqualified. The moral is he looked funny. You would have laughed.
